Every year, Yoyogi Park transforms into a rainbow of colors as diversified as the people it represents.

Formerly known as Tokyo Rainbow Pride, Tokyo Pride will now join Pride Month's global events in June.

The festival will be held on June 6th and the Pride Parade will be held on June 7th. Other events and content will be provided throughout the month of Pride Month. The events include drag queen shows, musical performances or talk events in a gleeful atmosphere.

Everyone—regardless of their orientation—is welcome to celebrate greater acceptance of sexuality minorities. Be sure not to miss the parade on June 8th! The starting point will be Shibuya, in front of the City Office, for a 3km walk promoting acceptance and recognition. If you never had the chance to see a pride parade, here is your chance!
