A special event taking place at the Paramita Museum in Mie looks at works from the Japanese artist Suda Kokuta, 30 years after his passing. Saitama-born Suda was known for his paintings and calligraphy, and his artistic style shifted throughout his career from a figurative style to more abstract works. The event will showcase 57 of Suda's unique paintings, alongside a range of books and other original illustrations to appreciate.
Adult admission to the event is priced at 1000 yen.
